CAN I SEE THE LIMO?
Absolutely... you can check out the fleet at a pre-arranged time suitable to you.
DO I NEED A DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO SECURE MY DATE?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The full balance is due 7 days prior to event date.
DO YOU HAVE AN AUTOMATIC GRAUTITY ADDED?
We do not assume a gratuity on your bill for you; the industry standard is 15-20%. Most clients request a gratuity added onto their bill for one less thing to worry about.
WHAT IS A DAMAGE/CLEANING FEE? DO I GET THAT BACK?
We expect normal wear and tear during a chauffeured experience, however in the result of vehicle mistreatment as well as any additional cleaning/damage repair, the costs will be the responsibility of our client.
ARE YOUR PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE?
Absolutely! If there is something specific you are looking for that isn't advertised on our socials, please don't hesitate to send us an email. We'd love to work something out!
CAN I DRINK, VAPE OR SMOKE IN THE vehicle?
Alcohol consumption, smoking and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines, charges, legal costs or cleanup expenses resulting from its use will be paid for by the client. We have a “No Alcohol” policy in our agreements due to the inherent liability.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Guide dogs and service animals are welcome to join you and your party during your Lakeview Limo experience.
